Affectionately known as "Chocolate" (R.I.P.) .. Tio Teo was truly passionate aboutpolitics, In his hay days, he would travel as far as San Juan for meetings and rallies.
La Palma, Partido Nuevo Progresista (PNP) .. No matter the topic of conversation, if you
volley long enough with him, he'd automatically turn to politics, campaigning for Puerto Rico
to be the 51st state.
Too bad he didn't get to see Obama become president, he would have been so tickle to see a "chocolate" in The White House. He's truly missed by his whole family and friends.
